Hey there! I’m Laura.

I created the Anti-Inflammatory Diet Foundations Workshop for women like you who want to eliminate inflammation and balance blood sugar with true anti-inflammatory meals—without the overwhelm.

I've struggled with osteoarthritis, hormone imbalances, eczema, asthma and severe allergies, and (most recently) a prediabetes diagnosis.

And after being totally confused at conflicting 'go/no-go' food lists that totally skipped over the balanced-blood-sugar part and eliminated totally unnecessary food categories for the majority of the population, I decided enough is enough.

That's why I created the Anti-Inflammatory Diet Foundations Workshop: To take the guesswork out of finally feeling better, without the unnecessary restrictions but all the foods and recipes that still taste amazing!
